“In the absence of cultural continuity, collapse had occurred at a frenzied pace. It had taken place with playful ease, without conflicts or any sort of violence or protest. Even actual discussions had not taken place.”
There are those who consider the contemporary world to be the the biggest invention of mankind. And then there are those who think that today everything is reduced to individual existence. To be born human is something ordinary. It is to remain human that is a heroic achievement. Everything that we carry within us forces us back to the same lowest denominator.
In 'NO43 Filth' there are nine people on stage, that is: ourselves. They have been there since the beginning. The absurdity and the burden of of life being predestined and yet totally serendipitous, slowly starts to sink in. Evolution has ended. Nothing happens. Relationships develop between people that are filled with tension, rage, emptiness, frustration and debris created by the human soul. People are pushed into mud and turning yourself around in it and looking up, what you see is not stars, but the gleaming eyes of other humans, full of rage.
